Soviet Rule (1917-1991). The Soviet Rule is the period of 1917-1991. In 1917 the Bolsheviks came and made the Russian Empire to resign by force. The beginning of the Soviet Union was the one with promises of absence of exploitation. The people were promised to be equal. The Soviet Union was the time when educational systems, cultural life started to develop. And of course the country started to become the separate autonomous region and then republic. But it was not allowed to believe in God which caused massive murders of innocent people from the side of the government.
Independent Kyrgyzstan (since 1991). In 1991 Kyrgyzstan started to be independent country with national flag, emblem and anthem were adopted. In 1992 the country started to be the member of the UN.
